Things to do at West Welland Timber Lodge
When you stay with us there is so much to do for the whole family. West Welland is a working farm and we welcome children to feed and pet the animals on the farm.

There are plenty of river and woodland walks where you can have a peaceful picnic by the river. If you are a keen photographer there is lots of wildlife and stunning views to see.

Only a short drive away is South Molton, a market town known as the Gateway to Exmoor. South Molton holds a market in their large Pannier Market Hall every Thursday and Saturday. There are also plenty of small independent shops for you to look around. It is well worth a visit, especially on a market day.

We are also situated on the edge of Exmoor, literally a 5 minute drive and you start to experience the beauty of the moor. There is so much to see and do, from drives, walks and plenty of places to visit you must take some time and experience the beauty of Exmoor.

If you fancy a trip to the beach then the North Devon coast is a 30 minute drive away. You have the choice of Saunton Sands, Croyde or the award winning Woolacombe Beach.
