The Bell Inn stands opposite the church in the picturesque village of Chittlehampton. Run by 3 generations of the same family since 1975, The Bell Inn is a traditional Devon Pub which is both child and dog friendly.

Our mouth-watering meals are individually prepared in our kitchens by our chefs using local suppliers and local produce.

Food is served from 12pm – 2pm and 6pm – 9pm Monday to Saturday & 12pm – 2.30pm and 6.00pm – 8.30pm on Sundays.

Enjoy a delicious home cooked meal in either our main bar, where there is always lots of great atmosphere or our comfortable, light and airy dining conservatory complemented by the garden views. This is a perfect place to relax over lunch or dinner, or simply enjoy the atmosphere in the bar.

Is the sun out? Why not enjoy the lovely weather and eat in our beer garden or decking area overlooking the lovely Devonshire scenery.

Our main menu includes local steaks supplied by a nearby farm, a choice of seafood, homemade pies, various vegetarian options and of course a number of delicious sweets! We also have a great Kids’ menu available.
