Flitton Oak Barns is a grade II listed building and comprises barns now fully converted to living accommodation, of which the Hayloft is the oldest and largest part.  The barns are set in 3 acres of grounds with a large wildlife pond and stream running through.  We have fenced round the patio area to keep small children safe.

The Hayloft is a semi-detached five bedroom property with very spacious and tastefully appointed accommodation.   Situated in a rural location in a valley just off the southern edge of Exmoor, overlooking fields and woodlands,  but only two miles from the North Devon Link Road (A361), the Hayloft provides peace and quiet within easy reach of day to day facilities.  The village of North Molton,which has a general store and Post Office and two pubs is 2 miles away, the market town of South Molton with shops, pubs and restaurants, takeaways and twice weekly pannier market is 4 miles away; Barnstaple is 12 miles away and the beaches and coast 15-20 miles.  The Hayloft provides plenty of space for privacy or socialising in a relaxing and idyllic setting.
