About us

The Community News, South Molton and District is a free not-for-profit publication working with the local community to provide a comprehensive summary of events taking place in and around South Molton and to share news information and advice for the benefit of all of the communities listed below. It is entirely self supporting, financed by advertising and produced and distributed by a team of local volunteers. Volunteers are always needed to assist in administration, editing and distribution and web design – contact the Editor. Its delivery area includes the parishes of Bishops Nympton, Brayford, Burrington, Chittlehampton, Chittlehamholt, Chumleigh, Cheldon, East Anstey, West Anstey, East Buckland, West Buckland, East & West Worlington, Filleigh, George Nympton, Queens Nympton, Kings Nympton, Knowstone, Mariansleigh, Meshaw, Molland, North Molton, Rackenford, Rose Ash, Satterleigh, South Molton, Swimbridge, Twitchen, Warkleigh and Witheridge.
