The old Church at Travellers Rest dates from 1866 and was in regular use untill 1970. It was then restored and converted to become a small manor house with lovely south facing views. The property still retains a lot of the original character with the rood screen, pulpit and King Arthur style chairs made from the pews.Panelled staircase and minstrals gallery lit by a magnificent gothic leaded glass window. We have five guest bedrooms with four poster beds, built in cupboards and deep leaded windows plus a conservatory and snooker room available.
