Mount Pleasant is a victorian house with two small attached barns, one of which has been rebuilt to form an ensuite bedroom with it`s own door opening onto a small courtyard which has a table and chairs. Self contained with your own separate access. The breakfast room enjoys wonderful views across the Taw valley towards Dartmoor in the distance.
Cobbaton is close to the village of Chittlehampton which has a good pub and is a typical old Devon village. It has easy access to the walking trails of the moor and North Devon`s wonderful coast and beaches.
