Flitton Oak Barns are grade 2 listed barns converted to very comfotable living accommodation. Set in 3 acres of grounds with a large wildlife pond and stream overlooking fields and woodland in a valley just off the southern edge of Exmoor.
The village of North Molton is only 2 miles away with a shop, bakery and post office and two pubs. The market town of South Molton is only 4 miles.
Idealy located for walking and cycling being on the edge of the moors but also within 15-20 miles of the coast with it`s beautiful beaches and towering cliffs.
